VoiceMemoir uses artificial intelligence to transform your voice recordings into written memoir content. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- All memoir text produced by VoiceMemoir is generated by AI based on the voice recordings you provide. It is not written by a human author on your behalf.
- AI language models can produce errors, hallucinations, factual inaccuracies, misattributions, or invented details that did not appear in your original recordings. This is an inherent limitation of the technology.
- You are strongly encouraged to carefully review, fact-check, and edit all AI-generated content before sharing, distributing, or publishing it in any form.
- StanHattie LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated memoir content.
2. Voice Data Handling
- Voice recordings you submit are processed by AI solely for the purpose of generating your memoir content. Audio files are transcribed and then deleted from our servers — we do not retain raw audio after processing is complete.
- You retain full ownership of your original voice recordings at all times. Submitting recordings to VoiceMemoir does not transfer any ownership rights to StanHattie LLC.
- You retain full ownership of the memoir content generated from your recordings. StanHattie LLC does not claim authorship or ownership of any memoir text produced for you.

3. Not a Professional Service
VoiceMemoir is a self-service AI writing tool. It is not and does not purport to be:
- A ghostwriting, professional editing, or manuscript preparation service.
- A substitute for a professional memoir writer, developmental editor, copy editor, literary agent, or publisher.
- A source of legal, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or any other professional advice. Nothing in AI-generated memoir content should be interpreted as such, regardless of the subject matter discussed in your recordings.
If your memoir project requires professional-quality editing, legal review of described events, or psychological sensitivity, we recommend engaging qualified professionals independently.
4. Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing, publishing, or otherwise distributing it in any form.
- You must ensure that content you publish or share does not defame any individual, infringe upon any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights, or violate the privacy of any person mentioned or described.
- Because AI models can generate plausible-sounding but inaccurate text, statements about real people, events, or places in AI-generated output require particular care and verification before publication.
- StanHattie LLC is not liable for any harm, loss, legal claim, or dispute arising from your use, publication, or distribution of AI-generated memoir content produced through this platform.
5. Intellectual Property
- Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, you own the memoir content generated from your voice recordings.
- By submitting voice recordings to VoiceMemoir, you grant StanHattie LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process those recordings solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you. This license terminates when your recordings are deleted following processing.
- StanHattie LLC reserves the right to use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data derived from platform usage to improve the service. No personally identifiable information or identifiable memoir content is used for this purpose.
6. Multilingual and Translation Features
- Where VoiceMemoir offers AI-assisted translation or multilingual memoir generation, these features are provided on a best-effort basis.
- AI translation may not perfectly capture cultural nuance, idiomatic expression, regional dialect, or the stylistic voice of the original speaker. Meaning can be lost or altered in translation.
- For memoir content intended for publication in a language other than the one in which it was originally recorded, we strongly recommend engaging a professional human translator for final review.
